The Ramaquois program is designed to be age appropriate for every camper. Each year, new activities and options are added. We run a traditional camp program with a blend of athletic and non-athletic activities. As campers get older, they have more opportunities to customize their camp experience by choosing one elective period per day.

Adventure activities teach our campers to overcome obstacles, be resilient, work as a team and appreciate the outdoors.
At athletic activities, our campers acquire new skills, exercise, and most importantly learn sportsmanship and the value of being a good teammate.
Craft activities provide our campers with a fun way to express their individuality. Our craft specialists encourage and celebrate the creativity of our campers!
Cultural activities are a chance for campers to show off their unique talents, follow their passion, try something different, and embrace new ideas (while having fun!)
Our Lake & Water activities give campers an opportunity to grow by developing individual skills and providing a sense of adventure.
Through our Adventure Trip Program, campers entering grades 3 – 10 have the option to travel to new places, try different experiences, and form strong bonds with their friends.
All of our programs and activities are designed to promote a strong sense of community among our campers. Our goal is for campers to truly feel like Ramaquois is their second home, and their friends and counselors are part of their family.
Visiting entertainers put on awe-inspiring performances; some examples range from magicians to trivia show hosts, as well as scientists and basketball phenoms. There is never a dull moment at Ramaquois, and these Special Events make sure to satisfy a variety of interests among our campers.

My son has now spent the last two summers at Ramaquois and my daughter will be beginning summer camp there this upcoming summer. Ramaquois is a wonderful place! We have been so impressed with the extensive amount of activities offered to the children as well as the thorough and friendly staff that have made our experience such a pleasure. Everyone who works at Ramaquois is committed to the making sure the camp remains in outstanding condition. I know my children will grow up with the best of memories of their days at day camp.
Melissa YoskowitzCamp Ramaquois is the absolute best place for your child to be in the summer. It’s a place where life long friends are made and bonds that cannot be broken happen. I only have been there one summer and I cannot imagine my life without it already. If you have the opportunity go see or send your kids to this camp because it is the most amazing place!
Zack StichmanCamp Ramaquios has been such a blessing for my 3 kids. They have each been there since they were 3 yrs old and they each associate summer with Ramaquois. The staff and facilities far exceeded my expectations. Having a child with food allergies is always a challenge especially when sending them into environments where they are severed food on a daily basis but Ramaquois has gone above and beyond to make sure my child is safe. I highly recommend Ramaquois!

Camp Ramaquois is located 30 minutes from the George Washington Bridge. We use the Palisades Parkway as our preferred route to camp. Ramaquois is located off of Exit 13 in Pomona, NY.
Our vans are driven by professional, certified, school bus drivers. Additionally, there is at least one Ramaquois bus counselor on the van. The bus counselor ensures that every child is seat-belted and engaged in an age-appropriate activity. At Ramaquois, we believe that the camp day begins when the camper steps onto the bus.
From East Saddle River Road: East Saddle River Road becomes Saddle River Road in Rockland County. It then becomes Route 306. Continue to end (Route 202). Cross Route 202 and go 1 block to stop sign. Make right at stop sign onto Ladentown Road. Make 1st left onto Mountain Road. Follow signs to Ramaquois.
